Riverbend’s Southern Select is a craft pale-ale base malt with the biscuit, bready depth and delicate honeysuckle character that defines English ales — our local answer to Maris Otter and Golden Promise. Fully modified and well-suited to single-infusion mashes, it makes a characterful, self-sufficient base for the whole British and American ale range.
